About Us
The Global Economic Development Fund Association (GOEDFA) was founded by Michael A. Sheffield, (Ambassador and Vice President). GOEDFA consists of men and women who are loving and caring, united to provide humanitarian assistance, social services and mentorship. We have our hearts set on peace-keeping, reconstruction and economic development for countries, cities, nonprofit organizations and ministries worldwide. We understand that life does not come with instructions therefore WE are all family and will stand by your side like family should. Some individuals may not have family. We would like to to offer proper guidance, education, knowledge and financial stability to men, women and children worldwide. Our focus is to create programs, projects, and activities to help build communities. From years of research, experiences and lessons, we formed a team of diplomats experienced in health, law, finance, and spirituality. These four pillars are the building blocks to mastering life’s reality. As we continue to grow, on a journey to find heaven on earth, day by day, we learn that heaven is a state of mind. Together we will grow and be each others heaven.
Mission & Goals
The Global Economic Development Fund Association (GOEDFA) is a non-governmental organization (NGO) granted a special consultative status with the United Nations. GOEDFA’’s goal is to provide communities affected by disasters with the necessary support to overcome the devastating occurences.

The GODFA has created activities, groups and projects with the objective to identify problems and define the purpose to address the specific challenges that are facing the world. This assembly has supported an effective operation to establish harmony in leadership to accomplish the mission and fulfill the plan of action through teaching, training and important planning.

For Countries, governments, Cities and Nonprofit organizations Ministries worldwide. Life doesn’t come with instructions. Everyone doesn’t have a family. We all understand what it feels like to be alone in this world without the proper guidance, education knowledge or financial stability. We are all family and will stand by your side, like family should. GOEDFA Global Economic Development Fund Association was established by a group of loving and caring men and women that united as one to create a better future for Humanity. We all decided to take a stand and put all our powers, resources, connections, and finance’s on the table to collectively empower the world. We are not prejudice against any gender, ethnicity religion or nationality. We have branches worldwide just to name a few Ghana, Dubai, Uk, Hong Kong, united states, service to others is a main principle of GOEDFA United we stand divided we fall let’s make a difference for one and for all. True story One day when we were in Malaysia I saw a little girl, she walked up to me and she opened her hand. I thought to myself, she must want me to give her some money so I pulled out my wallet and I gave her some money. She looked at me and smiled, I smiled back walking away. Waving goodbye. As I walked past the restaurant I saw her mother. She was laying on the ground under a blanket, I walked up to her and I said God bless you. As I reached in my pocket Pulled out my wallet and gave her some money also. My eyes began to tear as I walked away. I said to myself, I will dedicate my time in life to help heal the world. That day was the day we created the Global Economic Development Fund Association.
