Since its establishment, the objective of the Global Economic Development Fund Association is to provide humanitarian assistance, peace-keeping, reconstruction and economic development for countries, governments, cities, nonprofit organizations and ministries worldwide. Life does not come with instructions. Everyone doesn’t have a family. We all understand what it feels like to be alone in this world without the proper guidance, education, knowledge or financial stability. We are all family and will stand by your side, like family should. GOEDFA was established by a group of loving and caring men and women that united as one to create a better future for humanity. We all decided to take a stand and put all our powers, resources, connections, and finance’s on the table to collectively empower the world. We are not prejudice against any gender, ethnicity religion or nationality. Our goal is to create branches worldwide. Currently we are established in the following countries: Ghana, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, and the United States. Service to others is a main principle of GOEDFA.

True story from Ambassador Michael Sheffield: One day when I was visiting Malaysia, a little girl walked up to me and opened her hand. I thought to myself, she must want me to give her some money, so I pulled out my wallet and I gave her some. She looked at me and smiled. I smiled back walking away waving goodbye. As I walked past the restaurant, I saw her mother. She was laying on the ground under a blanket. I walked up to her and I said, “God bless you”. As I reached in my pocket to pull out my wallet, I gave her some cash also. My eyes began to tear up as I walked away. I said to myself, “I will dedicate my time in life to help heal the world”. That day was the day we created the Global Economic Development Fund Association.
